who do people think can win this????

Will Blackbrook have enough from div 6?? they hammered our 2nds (and everyone else in 6)
Or is it more likely Hindley???

Im hoping Cobras can avoid both till the final!!! we have to do Mayfield 1st tho, good hard derby!!!!

any thoughts????

Blackbrook A must be strong contenders to reach the final stages if not the final itself - as are Cobras and Wild Boars, though as outsiders you've got teams like Cuthberts A and Rylands A (and Blackbrook of course) who could call on higher quality players as the comp reaches the latter stages, and have bigger pools to replace injuries/absentees. If any of the 'A' teams reach the semi or final itself, would be interesting to compare the team sheet to the average league meeting.

I would go with Hindley to win it overall.

I don't think it's in any of the clubs interests to do that though, they are long established and well run and wouldn't benefit. In last weeks Ashton vs Cuthberts Premiership cup tie, there were approximately 10 of the starting 26 that were drawn from both clubs 2nd sides/18's, I think thats what both clubs are working towards rather than backwards squad swapping to trophy hunt.

Going off league records Hindley/Cobras would be favourites but strange things happen in cups, and they'll use lads from their 2nd side if they need to!

Outsiders to reach the final, Blackbrook but they should go well anyway.

Winner of blackbrook a and wild boars will be in final alongside hindley. That is if they are not drawn together. Don't forget last season blackbrook was in division 3 last year, so there squad should walk all teams in div 6/5 and have good games with division 4.

no worrys dude ill keep you updated pal! bt we will ealk all over them! like we did on saturday when we played leigh east and they threw sum 1st team n second team players in 17-20 we won! boom
