The Lancashire cup is still scheduled to be run, the proposed dates are below dependent on number of entries, although after speaking with the NWML and BARLA they have both said they will be flexible in accommodating teams who enter.

Anyone heard of teams which are looking to enter?

Bank Quay Bulls will be entering

BARLA Lancashire County - Holders - Bank Quay Bulls ARLFC;
Round 1; Saturday 15th September
Round 2; Saturday 29th September
Round 3; Saturday 13th October
Round 4; Saturday 27th October
Round 5; Saturday 3rd November
Semi finals; Saturday 24th November
Final; Saturday 29th or Sunday 30th December
Please note, these dates are subject to entries and may not all be used

Are these dates correct? I can't find a fixture list anywhere.

yes, they were sent out via district leagues.

Did this happen this year? Seen and heard nothing, and the final is usually this time of year.

No BARLA just ran Yorkshire and Cumbria cups this year.

The official comment was that only a handful of clubs entered so they were going to reschedule it but not had any further feedback from Barla, so have taken it has been cancelled
