He's done ok at SL and would without doubt feature at our level very well.
If this had had no "baggage", no history etc, we'd be whooping at his signature. Now regardless of the club he's signed for, I'm one for letting people face the consequences of their actions, pay their dues, and move on. If he screws up - like Ian Bell has done so very often and with a great deal of predictability, then fair do's.
But this lad is proven on the training pitch and in the game. Solely isolating the playing aspect of his life, stepping down to our level will be hugely beneficial to Rovers at this point in the season - and in my opion a great signing by the BoD!
Time will tell if my confidence is appropriately placed.
