Make your voice heard at Rugby League Fan’s event
 The Voice of the Fans event, hosted by Supporters Direct, provides a platform for Rugby League fans to debate the key issues and challenges facing the modern game. The event, held at a Huddersfield University (Heritage Quay) on the 25th October 2014, will invite fans to unite and develop a path for developing the future of Rugby League. Super League General Manager Blake Solly will open the event with a keynote about forthcoming changes to the league. Attendees will then have the chance to learn about how the RL’s Heritage Programme is committed to conserving the past and providing access to the games rich history. Supporters Direct will be delivering a session on the Supporters’ Trust movement and how it is integral to delivering robust club and supporter relations. This includes a dedicated session on Supporter Liaison Officers following the success of the role in other sports across Europe. The closing session provides attendees with a unique opportunity to speak directly with the game’s governing body. The fan consultation session, hosted by the RFL, will be asking fans what they can do better, what they need to focus on and how they need to change to be more accountable to supporters to deliver a game fit for the future.
