Kane Linnett : Fri Apr 23, 2021 8:12 pm
The sky crew said he is one of our best imports since the Morgan are, personally I rate the kid highly and has certainly enhanced out squad since joining.

Also SKD looks far more hungry this season

He’s been a really solid player across a couple of tough seasons for the team.

If ‘we’ can build on these couple of results (2-in-a-row!), and enjoy a little bit of relative success this year, he’ll be among the most deserving.

I do think last week was huge - if it’d gone the other way it would have be a big psychological blow. Conversely, these couple of wins should hopefully give the lads a bit of self-belief, and us some belief in them.

Kane Linnett and Luis Johnson were a formidable second row pairing last night.

Has Luis Johnson been going well for you? Liked him at Wire - not sure why he got moved on although Mulhern has been excellent so far for us

Glad to hear Mulhern is doing well for you. His form rose and dipped a bit with us but he rarely had much quality around him in the middle of the field to support him.

Mulhern, as a prop in the modern era did nothing. Today's props need to make meters in contact, or surrender asap for the quick play the ball. For some reason Mulhern got caught inbetween, he has fully matured now, so if he is gonna be the bees knees then he should be busting tackles this season.

I personally think he had a great season 2018 but after has been as average as average can be.

well for us,he's making good metres after contact, and looks to be very difficult to be put on his back, he's doing a good job so far, and its noticeable that price has changed his prop philosophy a bit this year

ie player cooper and hill as much as possible, give bench props 10 minutes combined while they get a breather
