We have just signed Brad Takairangi on a 2 year deal.A cracking signing imo.

Yes a big unit, 6ft 4 inches and 17 stone. He looked good in the NRL from what I saw of him and should do really well in super league.

As mentioned on the other thread, your best signing, experienced, right age and has a good fitness record.


A bit of pressure on Rovers for next season, experienced coach and some big signings, so big season for Smith as he has under achieved so far, got to be looking nearer the top than bottom with the money spent on players.

What pressure Dave? I would say all teams are under pressure Not just Hull KR.
You say an experienced coach has under achieved? ( The one a lot of you guy's said go and get lol at the back end of the season ) Any coach can only work with the players he has available?
Andy Last did a Cracking job for you guy's after taking over yet you have shoved him aside for an un known so I would suggest Hull FC have more pressure to try and compete with the top 4 as your owner insisted last season.

Yes all teams have pressure, but next year season should be different, cabt be happy with avoiding relegation have to be aiming for 6th-8th with your squad and coach.

The odd Hull wanted smith, not many probably more wanted Kearney and Andt Last. Smith won 3 games last season, he should be winning more games than that, it wasnt just the defeats apart from a couple of games after the break in was the manner of defeats. He can blame the squad and injuries but he put the majority of the squad together he got recruitment wrong in 2019. Budget wise you should not have finished bottom.

I like last, but it's the wrong time for him, too like Radford, needs to move to another club.

We finished 4th last year by the official rules I think and we should be aiming for similar, alot depends on our two signings

Fair play coming to challenge, unlike Angry Andy and the other one who sit in the safety of the private forum and slag off Hull and me personally without having the guts to come on here and be challenged or have an open debate.
