Having just seen the prices and criteria for next seasons passes, it is saying that concessions for pensioners start at 65. Ladies are eligible to become pensioners from 63, this includes my wife who for the 2016 season held a concession membership as a pensioner, under the new rules my wife is going to have to pay full price for another couple of years, surely they have this wrong, surely ther are other ladie who this is happening too
Not only ladies, my Robin friend. Yep, as a man (touches his nethers just in case) and a recent member of the 64 year old club, I have been paying concession rates on season membership for 4 seasons, but will have to pay full whack for next season. My wife will thank me for calling her my toy girl and has a few years of full membership still to go.
Given the need for revenue maximisation in the Championship, I will forego the 25% concession on both our memberships to help the club I have supported for over 50 years and intend to make a community trust pledge too.
If you really object to the new changes in age rate memberships, suggest you claim the 25% concession on membership and you will end up paying less for your wife in this way.
