Been given leave to go home for his brothers funeral, insisted on staying for the Leigh game before returning. Deepest sympathies to him and his family true pro staying on when he can't have been in a good place mentally.

He's been a real shining light for us in this season of struggle. Playing against Leigh in such emotional circumstances showed true commitment to the cause.

Hope he wins Player of the Year award.
