Briscoe had a good 15 meter start

He's not slow, just not in the top bracket of speedsters in the league. Which will, in my opinion, stop him from being World Class.

Although his strength is obviously his biggest asset, I do believe he isn't far off being a genuine speedster. Maybe not quite fully there at the minute, but to be fair he hasn't had the chance to show it much although when he has, he's always looked like he won't be caught by anyone.
