Tiles was rubbish but essentially cockaynes mistakes lost us the game, dropped a couple of sitters one of them directly turned into a try and that pass when we had 3 on 1 was criminal. Still it's Charlie so he's ok..... Webster needs a big chunk of blame as well, the spell we lost the game we needed a leader on the pitch yet Lunt didn't come back on til the predetermined time slot, coaching needs to be dynamic, Leigh's was and it won them the game, still webbo is looking forward to the next games ffs.

By the way well done Leigh, probably done enough to go up and fully deserved their win yesterday.[/quota

Not far off.
You forgot the whole back row was non existent and bullied by Hanson and Patterson.
Blair didn't turn up.
Tilse was far from our worst player. Played every game this year. Gets picked off by the opposition but keeps going. The only back up he gets is from Walker. The other props are a waste of time. Green can go....a fanny. Mulhern adds to our easily bullied brigade.

Allgood we were better with him on the pitch Saturday and has played all season with a busted thumb but he's a poor overseas slot.

We've dropped a long way from Vella, O'Neil, Galea and Newton. No one f#cked with them.

We.......and its shocking to say have no enforcer. We get bullied by everyone. Larroyer, Lawler, Clarkson, Horne, Donaldson, all brave but crap. Ask yourself who other than Lunt and Walker makes any other pack in the league.
Tilse is far from good but he keeps turning up and going despite not getting any help.
I don't blame him not going to the East Stand the dumb abuse he kops every game whilst he watches the likes of Green and Clarkson steal a living.

Re: Dane Tilse : Sun Sep 04, 2016 8:06 pm
I'm not having any truck with this Dane Tilse cost us the game yesterday crap. Absolute BS.

It wasn't his best game this season, admittedly, but he was far from poor. Larroyer was certainly poor off the bench, Lawler likewise and the back row largely anonymous, except Adam Walker who was our notional 13. The front row were good for half an hour but faded as the game went on as the whole team succumbed to lethargy.

The game was lost by Webster removing Lunt from the action at the wrong time, a drop in intensity and speed, a crap game plan, some poor attacking play options in the final third after Q1 and crucial errors from senior players such as Cockayne and Blair.

For my part, I would much prefer to have some balanced and fair subjectivity in this Tilse debate instead of blinkered vindictiveness towards him on the part of some.

Good and fair post Burton. More like it.

BTW, I agree that Leigh deserved victory. They ramped up their line speed throughout, sustained it, limited our go forward, hit harder and finally bullied us into submission. Apart from that facet, they were just a very average, honest but hardworking side. They will be a good addition to Super League imo.

tilse made 120 metres yesterday. In comparison, larroyer, greenwood, clarkson and donaldson made 143 between them. A big shout out for larroyer, who avergaed 2 metres in his 6 drives and clarkson who eclipsed that with an average pf 3.38m from his 8 hit ups. 3 of your props made over 100 metres but your back row is a disgrace

I think Larroyer models his hit ups on a rook or bishop in chess. Sideways into contact and then fall forward or diagonal if you're lucky. How did the snail gobbler get a contract extension? He's pants.

Compared to minichello, manu, ellis and pritchard they look a bit off the pace

The first 3 yes, but not the fourth in your list.

He knows he's crap, hence why he was the ONLY player not to walk over to the East Stand after the match. He just disappeared.
No, he knows that no matter what he does or how he plays, he will still get slagged off by certain blinkered and biased fans.

yeah, the 4 I mentioned from your side are definitely better than pritchard.

Is there a crack epidemic in pickering?
