According to Wikipedia he's a second row? We're needing at least one prop so most likely he's just a name thats been linked..... are you not pleased with his signing?

Not one to set the pulses racing, but welcome aboard Ben Kavanagh...

At the very least he's another 17 stone body in the pack rather than a 15 stone backrower type.

Still a lot of pressure on Scruton as the experienced prop, but hopefully this signing helps a little and someone takes the opportunity to kick on this year.

Ben Harrison linked with us on a one year loan deal, if he's over his injuries then he'd be a great signing.

Bens A quality player . Plays front row , back row and Loose.
I can't believe
1.Wire have treated him like they have.
2. The Superleague clubs that were interested couldn't stump up enough dough , but Hull KR can , seems strange.

The last season was a write off for him but looked okay when Playing for Wakey , Just a shame hes not getting any preseason work done.

He is at least quite a big backrower, Salty Mouse. If we're going to use Clarkson as a prop, as indicated by his getting the number 10 shirt, it could make sense. Looking at this, the plan has been that Harrison would spend 2017 on loan (albeit at a SL club) since mid-November. Looking at their squad though, they do have a lot of depth in the backrow. So maybe it's about cap management?
