FFS it was a friendly. Perhaps we should have played a team from 2 divisions below us and stuck 60 on them. Expectations will have gone through the roof.

Friendly or not no team should ever come to KCLS and be 38 points to nil up that just shows the pride our players have in the shirt

That has nothing to do with it.

I don't doubt the players commitment or effort.

It's that we are a shambles defensively and no direction without Campo in attack.

The players lack confidence not effort.

Here's a prediction based on wishful thinking.

In his new role as mentor and new club culture creator, JP's first major success is to convince our players that fast starts and defensive intensity could become a winning formula, based on his personal playing experience in a successful team.

PS - By week 1 of SL 7th Feb would be good JP, so no pressure then.
