Ya see, on planet James Rule, he believed that a player who contributed to 83% of the team's tries over a 4 year period was ot as important as being selected by Brian Noble and getting shown up for clearly not being international standard (Raynor & Carvel apart).

dont get what you mean there. are you suggesting thatit was rule who brought in the pay increase for gb internationals?

what you've got to remember is that cooke couldn't get a higher contract at any sl side thats why he agreed his 4 year deal with hull.
