The fact remains he has played 200 NRL games, an average SL or Championship player wouldn't get a look in the NRL. He may have been out of favour, lost a bit of form like lots do, or Canberra wanted space on the cap to bring another player in. But a player who has achieved this level is worth bringing across and giving him a fresh start.
If playing 200 NRL games is not a good enough standard to play for Rovers, what level is and do you think we have a realistic chance of signing anyone at this level while the club remains rooted at the bottom end of SL?
