Disgusting only in its predictable and trite accuracy, I grant you.

Your post above doesn't really tell us anything we don't already know about our club. Whether we agree with all or part of it or not, I will guarantee it will be one of too many from you that will go on to dominate this thread.

I'd guess that as a weeping rovers fan, one post from me is too many but I don;t like to disappoint so will keep cracking on

It was a mis print. It is actually a 5 beer plan, to be taken directly before each game by every member of the coaching and playing staff. If the crowd join in it will go some way to numbing the pain of defeat

Jesus that was unbelievable. I had to go directly to the pub in an effort to numb my memory. I failed.

In the 19 years I have been attending, nothing comes close to the utter dung served up today, hell, 84-6 at home to Wigan was easy to stomach in comparison.

Hudgells statement doesn't cut it for me, it's a damage limiting exercise by him and I expect little change on the back of it.

Finally, I hope my fellow Rovers fans can join me in congratulating Oldham on a great performance and great day for their club.

Everyone should come on here and extract the urine, Rovers deserve it, and we would do the same to others if we ever got the chance. Now, me & Mr Daniels are going to have a chat.......

I'm not really sure why anyone at your club thought appointing james webster was a good idea. last season he would have taken wakey to the championship had he not been sacked and it's now looking like he's doing a similar job at rovers. He's way out of his depth. You'd have been better appointing campo til the end of the season then at least he'd have had something to do

In the land of wishful thinking once more. Patiently waiting for our time to finally arrive.

I've been on the internet and have already got a sense of the fans' passion for the club. They are very fanatical - Peter Gentle 12th September 2011.

Money doesn't talk it swears, Obscenity who really cares, Propaganda all is phony.

I'm the son and heir of a shyness which is criminally vulgar.

Hanging on in quiet desperation is the English way.

A man who lives in hell can still aspire to heaven.

I'm always reluctant to go overboard, as the next result can make you look foolish, but...

Right now I can't see how we can avoid the spoon, and all the talk of putting faith in the kids for the rest of the year makes me think there's a tacit acceptance that it's likely.

I can't see us winning many more games before the 8s, not that it makes a massive amount of material difference - but you don't want morale and confidence... well, where they are right now presumably, going into the games that do matter.

I'm gradually moving from hoping we avoid the million pound game, to hoping we make it.

And you wonder how much more appetite there is at the top for this. 6-84 obviously shook them, 0-50 was hard to swallow, but they were bracketed by slightly better form.

At least Wakefield are showing that better times can follow, if you survive an abysmal season.

Ten years ago, as a Championship side, you defeated Warrington in a Challenge Cup game. A highlight for you in a year which ended with promotion to Super League.

Today, the boot appears to be on the other foot. In very simplistic terms, it looks as if you've come full circle over the course of a decade. Will 2016 be the mirror image of 2006 and end with you going in the opposite direction? Surely you can't be that bad, are you?

If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

Frederick Douglas

Huge congratulations to Oldham, a traditional club that's had a horrible time since the inaugural SL season and rightly won today.

A root and branch review is required at Rovers because this result should not ever happen.

Can't blame anyone from taking a pop at the club because we deserve it, I'm struggling to think of a worse defeat in the roughly thirty four years of attending.

Seriously vexed with the club today, I've just had to burn my garage down because it had Rovers memorabilia on the walls.

I'll still go, because I'm an idiot, or at least that's what the players must think and they know I have a serious case of MGS.

Think you all need to calm down.
For nearly every player in that Oldam team it will have been the biggest game they have ever played or close to it, they will have put absolutely everything in this game.
Your players on the other hand were probably a little complacent and by half time, before your coach could do anything, the game was nearly gone.

Similar thing happened to in 2014 when Leigh gave us our closet CC game that year and nearly shocked usas we were fairly comfortable in the Semi and Final.

As Leigh showed last year, in the middle 8s (presuming you are there) the Championship teams cant do it week in week out

Edit: why dont you laugh at the FC fans back for loosing to second bottom?
