I look forward to a similar thread next January, slagging Rovers fans off for failing to attend the Richard Horne testimonial.

Hang on a min, as we will no doubt sell our allocation for that, perhaps we may lose our "indignant" tag just for a day?
Hull are not charging more than the advertised price. It's advertised as a pound more.

Anyway, I personally do not agree with the extra pound. I feel that the club should have done a bucket collection. It seems pretty stupid to me to say hull are donating to charity when neither the club or it's season ticket holders are contributing a penny.

Anyway your contribution to this years children in need in the name of Hull FC is greatly appreciated.
That's exactly the problem. Hull taking the money off us Rovers fans then giving it to charity as if they've raised/donated it themselves. I think that's disguisting.

Where as Rovers take money off us Hull fans and pay their CCJ's with it. so which is worse give the extra to charity or keep it yourself??

You're missing the point. Hudgell chose to charge Hull FC supporters £17 for the South Stand. Did any other away supporters get charged the same? All that extra money was put into Rovers bank account. If Rovers fans are willing to pay £1 extra to see the derby, then, as Trace has said, that's good business - it's a free Market. Those extra £1s are therefore Hull FC's income to do what they want with. Hull FC are choosing to donate those £1s to charity. Let's see if Hudgell does the same this year.

TBH my little coffee bean i think most bobbins fans have missed the point on this one. Looks like Jimbob has slipped a crafty one in and they have fallen for it.

tbh id pay more to see the only derby at KC as there is only 2 matchs between the sides. and allot of fans will miss out on the game anyway coz we only get around 4000 tickets so me personally would pay £50 if it ment i got to see our boys beat fc

I reckon the price will be £18 this year with £1 donated to charity
