Might do, as long as it could be a casual arrangement, I'll ten blogs on week, then two a month.

How do you become a moderator?

Is it based upon how many years you've been a member?
Is it a system like the Masons where you have to be invited by a current moderator?
Do you have to be of a certain minimum age?
Is there an Rlfans development system for training and recruiting moderators?
Do you have to prove your moral fibre in a series of sacred tasks?
Do you require character references?

Upon becoming a moderator, is there an initiation ceremony?
If there is an initiation ceremony, does it involve masks and dancing?
How are moderators on the VT chosen?
Do current moderators aspire to moderate the VT?
Is there a Stuart Cummings type person keeping you all inline behind the scenes?

What are the grounds for being dismissed as a moderator?
Do moderators have a league table, ranked by the amount of people they've banned?
Do Moderators put on their CV's that they moderate in their spare time?
