Yeh, what a catastrophe that was. Winning the Cup at Wembley, Hull born players with the match winning tackle and try, a Hull born coaching staff of Radford, Last & Horne, 7 Hull lads in the 17 that day. Great stuff, Club Hull indeed.

Not to forget the Hull born Coach of the Year and Man of Steel.

But, Jordan Abdull might be joining Rovers on loan, complete disaster.

Why don't you try and answer their question isn't of being horrible Des?

I imagine it could be as simple an answer as there are no young players good enough at the moment to play in the halves, and Abdull is the best available option?

[quote][/quote. the sharks have no young local talent at the moment pearson has pumped a few million quid into them and cannot possibly afford to fail somebody should have told him you do not make money out of rugby league therefore frightened to blood youngsters he is not a life long fan of them he is a business man trying to make some more money like he did at hull city

Who are Harris, Oakes, Wardil, Jubb, Lawler then? Good young lads who will get good game time next year. Why don't you tell me what 5 lads will make it in your team next year? Another injury free year next year, and your good uns will be looking elsewhere.

Completely missed the point didn't you? It wasn't a go at Hull KR's youngsters, was it? It was an example of how Des might have responded to Billy to answer his question & offer a reason why Rovers might want to sign Abdull, rather than responding in the way he did.
