As stated before some really good effort in defence , and we just need a bit more composure with ball in hand when we are in the last quarter of the park.
ive checked out a few of your posts and this just confirms how much rubbish you type.
.
the guy is a great player, but i thought last night he was very quiet,i cant think of one barnstorming run which he uauslly does plently of.
sorry if you dont agree but tough luck

his defence was totally outstanding, he is the heart of the best defence in the land. defence wins titles
My biggest match thoughts are these..... Why is Fisher coming off the bench when he is the only recognised hooker we have. Cockayne for me was a better impact hooker off the bench then Fitzhenry is a starting hooker. Webster is on the wrong side of the field. Newton needs a bomb up his ar$e as he thinks he is a nailed on, on last nights performance he certainly isnt. Cookey needs to start running at the line more instead of passing at the first opportunity. Positives were Fozzard, Welham, Briscoe, Dobson and Galea. Carry on as you were, Fox, Fisher. Need to do better were Cooke, Webster, Colbon, Murrell, Fitzhenry and Aizue(who is impact off the bench, not starting), and finally Morgan, Start playing people in their natural positions. Dont make us a team of utility players.
Are you kidding me? I thought he was one of our best players on Friday....

My match thoughts were that Jake Webster DEFINATELY knocked on and that Paul Cooke was very very quiet. Also I thought Briscoe was excellent and Dobson was good. Then I turned my telly off and went to sleep, anticipating an early get-up to go to Wales
Its time Watts was chucked in at the deep end for me. Lacked some punch up front on Friday and this lad, although young, can make ground AND offload, something that our forwards lack drastically. He may not be good for 30 minute stints yet but worth a gamble, after all Lovegrove has had his shot.

as ive said, Peacock is a great player, but IMO he was quiet on Friday night with ball in his hand, his defence was great yes, i think he probably topped the tackle count, but he didnt do anything with the ball and spent a lot of time stood out wide in the centres too.

What about Wheeldon? What's gone on there - was he rubbish in the friendlies? When he signed it was reported:
Wheeldon revealed that the opportunity for a regular place in the starting XIII at Rovers was his main reason for returning to his former club.
"The priority at this stage of my development as a player is more game time," he said. "I will be 23 at the start of next season and am keen to expand my game, which can only be achieved by more time on the field.
Hull KR head coach Justin Morgan added: "Scott is a talented young man with huge amounts of potential and with regular game time all will witness that he is a force to be reckoned with.
"It's fantastic that we can attract young players of his calibre, he has invaluable game time under his belt and I'm sure will regularly feature within the side at Rovers next year."
im not even sure what is wrong with Wheeldon, but if he was fit he should have been in the squad IMO, im not a big Mills fan but i would have played/started him against Leeds too. our bench had no power players on it at all.
