Yeaman ain't fast enough for a winger, take that to mean what you want...... All I was stating is that Webster has been a winger all his career and you can tell that is the case, in the same mould as Matt King on that score. Reckon he will continually get caught out defensively as well but that is for the future

When walker is fit, I wouldn't be surprised to see webster take colborn's wing place. welham is developing well (for a ginner), but he's never going to win a foot race with smith

There is no doubting though that he has tons of potential, lets hope he keeps his head straight and listens to the right people. If he does he could turn out to be top class.

I'd be inclined to sit him out against Saints, we need to bring him on slowly.

The missed tackles will always happen with young players. Welham has played well enough to earn the centre berth and he will progress into a top player.

I also thought Welham had an excellent game, Jake seem to lose confidence when he caught a arm in a tackle on his nose, he did not seem to want to run at defenders after that.

I would pick Welham at centre above webster anyday of the week

Not good enough and certainly not quick enough. You can get by on enthusiasm for so long, as he did for the first half, but when the big boys suss you out you will struggle.
In case you didn't realise I am talking about Welham
