I doubt it Brian Mac or McBanana. Likely to be an Aussie. Wouldn't suprise me if Webbo go the job full time if he miraculously turns things around, but that's doubtful.

I've said it many times in the past but I don't really have much interest in leeds so it's hardly been a hot topic for me.

Peacock categorically stated that Webster will be the coach for this season only. I can't see beyond McNamara and I think he will be a good appointment.

Sinfield himself said he has no interest in coaching but without knowing it has become the worlds most successful coach

Yes, its a pity you couldn't get him instead of Peacock.

Why? What would Sinfield bring to a management team that Peacock hasn't?



There seem to be an obsession among some of the darkside that Peacock coming in has destabilised the team, or has put noses out of joint. If it has then good, thats what was needed, this season has been coming for a while and getting the foundations right is paramount over instant results. There is a big rebuilding job to be done and it wont be done overnight. Peacock is not to 'blame' for our current position and what he is doing (or not) wont be seen for a year or 2. I've yet to see any management change that gives instant success, so I'll judge him a year or so time not now.



Regardless of how well Wakey are doing (short term) removing Chester was the right move, long term he wasn't the right man. I'll add to that that medium term neither is Webster, he'll do for this year but needs someone to lay down foundations then an inexperienced assistant coach (Webster) can take over
