Wakey parked the bus, we had no direction to break it down.

Far too many injuries. Be realistic, until they come back we're screwed. Chester can't do too much about that.

However, in 2.5 games we're quarter of the way through the season. Can we wait for them to recover, or take drastic action now?

If big josh had have been playing he would have kicked a couple of goals at least and if Campo and Lunt play you create more chances and try's you would of won the game no doubt about that

But injuries are part and parcel of the game you have to find away to turn things round without these players on a plus side your middles seemed a lot better and your defence so positives CC can take into the Saints game but it looks a hard task, now the comp is down to 12 teams there is no easy game and if anything today was probably your easiest no disrespect to Wakey intended top 8 is fading fast unless you turn it round quick will changing the coach and having no coach really help ?

I feel a tipping point was reached yesterday, one the Board will be compelled to act on.

There have been so many behind the scenes problems over the past four or so months that not even the injury crisis will suffice. But yesterday Chester lost the fans - its a long time since I heard booing like that - and I feel he has lost the dressing room.

Chester's post match comments to Radio Humberside were those of a man stirring into the abyss.

Its time to call time on Chester and Poching.

I don't think Wakey did park the bus, we just never posed enough questions to trouble them and constantly took the wrong options, a simple game plan would have won us that game comfortably. Draw them in the middle, spread it wide and run a line or 2 and they'd have fallen apart. As it was we trundled in, slow play the ball, slow through hands and nondescript last play moves. That is all part of being well drilled and that is something we look miles away from.

The thing with injuries is that it should make you go back to basics, if you lack quality you need to play sensible, boring if you like, rugby. Play out the sets, keep it tight and play to the strengths you have available. We did non of that. Directionless, leaderless and to be honest a seemingly lack of willingness or desire.

Chester should be laying on the siege mentality, one for all stuff that adversity lays down but he seems incapable of doing that, shame but his time is done.

Chester, if he stays we will be playing in the million pound game. He said I can't put my finger on it why we didn't start playing until the sin binning. I would hazard a guess that its because the team no longer believe your the leader of the group.

When you have the number of injuries we have, you have got to do the basics well. Our passing at times was abysmal ,surely we practise passing to each other and timing your runs, rather than all standing in a straight line when we attack.
Its a long time since the crowd was as quiet as yesterday, but until blair got sin binned the players had less enthusiasm than the crowd.Last years player of the year was being touted that manly were interested in signing him,on this years performances he he would have a job getting a gig in the championship.I know its difficult for him,but as he showed last season he has the skills to turn a game when most of the others dont and he's just not doing it.

I think this just about sums it up. We had no game plan we were sadly lacking in all aspects of the game, slow PTBs, slow inaccurate passing and no leadership the only positive was Lawler. In defence we were too slow around the ruck and had no line speed. At times we never moved up at all gifting them 10 easy metres each time. The two tries Wakey scored were so soft. The last two sets in our own quarter summed up the desire to win and play for Chester, non existent one man plods.

We went yesterday to 'celebrate' 10 years in Super League, well the coach from 10 years ago would have won us that game with the same players, we would have had a plan, the players would not have been out enthused and would have been playing for each other and the coach. Wakey were a poor team and were there for the taking but we were worse. Chester looks and sounds like a dead man walking, he doesn't know what is wrong or how to fix it. He has lost the dressing room and as of yesterday the fans.

As I stated, too many injuries. Not Chesters fault.

However, stating on the radio that he's not sure or no idea about something is not good. He gets paid to know what's wrong and fix it.

As an ex-player of the same club, do players see him as a manager or one of the boys. All managers know that you must seperate yourself from nostalgia and sentimentality if you are to deliver your role effectively.
