Back in the early to mid eighties during what was probably the most successful period in the clubs history, that particular chant rang out in unison loud and clear at every game that i can remember, especially at the away games for some reason.

The fact we're playing a team called the reds is probably the give away.

I tend to agree about the singing. My point is that we need to stop singing 'against' other teams and sing 'for' our team. Yes we all love Boulevard Slums, our Que Sara Sara equivalent and cruelly cannot sing Never Win At Wembley again, but they're all negative (but funny).

We need to get back to singing/Chanting Red Robin, Red Army, gimme an R, Rovers Till I Die etc etc. And for god's sake STOP singing the Erasure song. It was great last year but a complete joke this tear, as we have not seen us given ANY respect to oppositions or even the damn ball.

We need to channel that promotion final 10 years ago and remember how that felt - nervous excitement, not nervous doom. Get your mindset into thinking we're already a champ side hoping for promotion.

We have the players to win the game IF they perform for 80 mins. All we can do as loyal fans is burst our lungs FOR them, not AGAINST the opposition.

Hudds was at home. If we play like that, it will be a good close game. If we play like we did against London it could be 60.

I can't see us winning on Saturday, we've got a crap record at New Craven Park in SL also your players have a bigger incentive for 2017 than ours as if we go down most of the players will have clubs in SL next year regardless, some already have and throw in that pillock that owns us it's a recipe for disaster on Saturday.

Being at our game v London you knew then it was curtains for us, add in the atmosphere at your place and I think don't our 17 will handle it well.

Horrible afternoon in store for both sets of fans until the full time hooter goes (or HT hooter as I think will be the case when you're out of sight!)
