Is it just me who thinks luck has little to do with our current position, we spent last year on the bones of our Rs due to injuries, maybe unlucky. So this yer we reduce the squad size??
I've always said a mistake is acceptable but to do it twice is unforgivable.
Campese was always going to be injured going into this season.
Lunt again was a known injury
Walkers situation was known about
Allgood looks to be injury prone.
add to that the inevitable suspension or 2 and the fact we all knew we were far too light up front and all we seem to have done in the off season is weaken an already weak side.
I may be wrong but the only other side going into the season with a smaller squad was Leeds, its going well for them as well and they started from a much stronger position than us.
I'm not sure the squad size and depth is Chesters fault but unfortunately for him it looks like its his problem now and he seems a long way out of his depth.
