What was wrong with the last pair? both moved on to other good jobs. Maybe time to refresh things but dont blame them for the teams failings.

Got to admit that in a lot of games throughout seasons gone past we have looked lethargic and dare i say lazy and can't play at a high intensity week in week out wether that's conditioning or the players themselves I'm not sure i guess we will find out next season

After watching the TV program....SAS who dares wins earlier tonight 9pm, I thought to myself that maybe Rovers should take the full squad to Wales to take part in that selection process.
It would certainly sort their fitness and mental attitudes out in one go, problem might be though, would any of the current squad still be standing come the start of the season, those SAS guys are certainly tough hombres for sure, I got tired just watching the contestants attempting to carry out their tasks, made good entertaining viewing though imo.

Never seen the logic in sending sportsmen on army training weeks, working a different muscle set to what they're used to will only cause more harm than good. I'd much rather they just worked on their sports fitness a lot better than they seem to now.

maybe you are right but does it not seem strange that rovers have moved them on and got new

Clough was at Bradford for 2013 and 2014 seasons.he was let go due to inexperience. Ramsden left at end of season just gone.

Seems strange to let someone go due to inexperience when they had been doing the job for two years! Was he not even more inexperienced in 2013? He was ok for two years when you were in SL but too inexperienced for the Championship?
