Next Season - Team Including Younger Players : Mon Oct 03, 2016 8:37 am  

I have watched a lot of championship Rugby this season and believe that we will finish top easily. Which of our current players (including younger lads like Jubb, Wardill, Oakes etc) should feature next year. I think we will field a reasonably youthful team with the likes of Minnsy, Mulhern etc kicking on, If we can keep Bobby Blair and Lunty and a few others to lead us around the park and bring these younger players on. I think after the disappontment of Saturday we need to start looking forward. We have a world class coach, some good experienced players and some quality younger players that may be able to gain experience in the championship so that they are ready for SL when we get promoted.

Even though it doesn't seem it....... The future is bright!

Even you were to win The Championship at a canter, you would still not be promoted. The whole Middle 8's is set up to the advantage of Super League teams, you just fell though the net.
It could be a good opportunity for some of your young players to step up next season..
