The bookies had you finishing bottom and a lot of the pundits so is it that much of a surprise, also after your friendly loss to us I remember Rob Crossland stating that when the grounds dry up the bigger packs like ours would struggle and the lighter faster packs like ours will come into their own , so much for that.So you can say its not just bad luck, your recruitment was intended to be lighter faster forwards but it hasn't worked injuries have taken there toll and that probably stems from your terrible preseason, fitness levels maybe wasn't what they should have been with some players which leads to injuries, Leeds with the loss of their training ground could be in a similar position fitness and preseason wise its seems pretty coincidental
If you get through these middle 8s which I'm sure you will, the lessons will be learnt, I'm sure you will be moving on quite a few players and a big turn round will be on the cards for next year, Campo will have to be paid off we have done it a few times, there will be other players off contract how many? Stevie Mac will have a few players up his sleeve no doubt
