I am a Wakefield fan who was in Perpignan at the weekend watching the game with my family.

The whole day was great, the atmosphere and the banter with the Hull KR fans. We are still away on holiday in Lloret.

My only complaint was the stewards making the Hull KR fans take down a flag that daid Roger Millward RIP.

When a flag says RIP about someone the sport becomes irrelavent. What they did was disrespectful not only to the club and the fans but also to Rogers family.

Not only that this could have incited trouble among fans and stewards.

I hope somehow this gets back to the RFL and they come down on them

Because in France they no nothing of history to our great game & the legacy of some players.
