He hasn't got that much opposition for a centre spot IMO, Salters not really kicked on, Shaw I don't really know much about, so I reckon it'll be Minns and Thornley to start in the centres

Your probably right as I don't think Salter is expected to be fit. His main weakness is lack of tries, this is supposedly being addressed so hopefully we will see a better Salter this year.
