there should be a user guide - cant really get my head around the red, yellow and orange sets etc and the training - my players are getting worse attributes because some things are not being done but cant really change it!

No, it's a windows program. so it only runs on Windows or linux using Wine emulator.

how do I buy players and staff?

i'm going into the player profiles of who i'd like and cant find the option of making a bid or offering a contract.

Click the player once and then in the bottom left hand corner you have options to loan or buy.

I've currently got the hang of it and have played 15 games and won each 1 by at least 20 points per game

I take it there is a difference in the other teams player with the easy medium and hard?

Currently on easy so this could be why I'm winning by so much
