I think I have spotted your problem - you have your loose forward as both your kicker A and kicker B and your number 7 as your captain. You have had your team set up like this for every round. Naming the same player as both your kickers doesn't entitle you to double their points - you only get their points once.
See rules;
'You need to select a captain, first and second kicker. Only your two kickers can score points for conversions and penalty goals. Your captain scores double points. Your captain can be a kicker. 'Your number 7 therefore scored 1+2+3 (played/won/DG) for six, doubled to 12 as captain. He doesn't get the four points for his conversions as he is not named as a kicker in your team. As kicker and captain he'd have scored 20.
In the same way your loose forward is a kicker only and only scores for 8 (1+1+6) for playing/draw/three goals.
You aren't alone, several players have the same player as their Kicker A and Kicker B and not as their captain.
