541 seems rather disappointing but that's probably why Shaun Lockwood was reluctant to state an actual figure in his recent presentation, preferring to provide an unsolvable cryptic equation based on previous sales of which we had no clues what they were.
I hope the Donny public get behind the club as we've put together a squad that should be competitive at Championship level - a squad that has probably been put together at some expense to Club Doncaster I would imagine.
Let's hope there are plenty of last minute purchases. Attendances will be improved by a significant increase in away fans. It'd be nice if we could average 2,000. To do that, I guess we'd need an average of 1,400 Dons fans and 600 away fans. This is assuming Wakey and Bradford would bring well over a thousand as Barrow and Whitehaven won't bring more than 100 and there won't be many coming from France.
