The Angel in Doncaster ... Saturday evening about 8pm after the Grand Final ... No Real Ale, not one. It's a bloody Wetherspoons for Christs sake! Pathetic!

Cask Corner Dive Bar next was it?
You only had to exit left go down the alley and The Gatehouse is 20 secs away.
You can't have been that desperate surely?

Had a chat with Gary in the Gatehouse after he left the Angel he wasn't happy.

looked at axholme brewery website.
looks like they do a decent selection of beers and are moving to a new
brewery site at 7 lakes in Crowle.

anyone ever had a drink in there?

Sorry, only just spotted this ... I wouldn't have been much help though as It's not an area I am familiar with (although I was only a few miles away at the Reebok Stadium in the afternoon and Bolton in the evening).
