PNG players do seem to struggle to get visas to play in this country. There have been a few that have been knocked back in the past even when Super League teams have been trying to sign them.

Apparently, they have to take a written and oral English test. I would imagine Jason Tali has passed this before as he was obviously granted a visa to play here last season.

It must be frustrating for player and club when red tape like this gets in the way. Let's hope we get some positive news soon.

Of all the signings he was the one that got my interest and he aint here.
He was the one who could score a load of tries.
A replacement would have to be very good to take his place.
It's dragging .....

New Question For Carl (27th February 2016):

Most Dons fans are keen to see the good young lads we've got at the club develop. Several of our players turned out for Hull Under 23s against Wakefield recently. Could we have match reports from these games posted on the Dons' website so we can keep in touch will who is playing and how they're doing?

I don't know how its decided which questions get asked but I second this. Particularly as the only report I found made just a passing mention of Matt Cook being impressive. I agree it would be nice to know how they did.

Also there was a Williams from Doncaster in the Hull under 23's 19 man squad. Was this Reece Williams and if so is he still on trial with us?

Re: A Question for In The Dugout : Mon Mar 07, 2016 6:10 pm
There were no questions asked on the In The Dugout before the Gloucester game. I presume from what Carl said that they're being carried over to this week.

I heard someone behind me at the Gloucester game saying the car park issues raised last time hadn't been sorted. There still seemed to be some confusion as to which car parks are used for what. I don't use the car park so I can't add any extras, Baz. Could Carl clarify the situation for the car park users please. Thanks.

Well for a start off there was confusion ...
The question posed specifically said the car park opposite the ticket office IIRC.
That's the one on its own nearest the Lakeside end.

Carl pointed and said 'what the MAIN one here?.
Which to me was not even the right one in the question.
That was my impression ... I could be wrong.

Questions were not asked last week as Jordan was on leave. Carl did clarify with the car park and stated that if you have a disabled badge then you can park in the car park, also disabled people can purchase a season car parking ticket from the ticket office. I shall try and let him know again which car park
