Summary of Advisory panel 25/1/23 : Thu Jan 26, 2023 9:18 am
Season tickets - club sold 277 adult tickets to date with bolt on sales going well. Deadline for challenge 1000 is 3 Feb so club will be advertising final push for ticket sales before confirming final price.

Match day experience - positive feedback for pre match experience on concourse. The kids 'kennel' is soon to be remained Lions Den. Bars are open before match and half time. Will review bar being open after game depending on demand. Positive feedback for restaurant with a more positive feel with current and past player interactions. The club are trying to create a more professional match day experience as we strive for promotion, creating a member experience mirrored at many other clubs.

Match days this season will have a number of themes including a kids festival, masters, beach (bbq), and closer links to the community clubs with proposed double headers prior to home games I.e Bentley home fixture and Toll Bar home fixture.

A season programme for match days is being developed, which will include team photos and sections to collect player autographs.

Players will be asked what their preference is in regards to music when running onto the pitch I.e. music or fans cheering.

Half time entertainment will include 2 ball kick challenge with prizes to be won.
All information shared following the Advisory boards will be made available on RL Fans as requested.

Club in agreement to open fans forum, this to be reviewed with further information to follow
Incident at Swinton - a thorough investigation was completed and feedback to the family concerned. It is their wish that this matter now be closed so all parties can move on.

Squad - currently have a 25 man squad and Richard Horne is happy with the squad and options for key positions like centre and half backs. Loan options are available and the club have the budget to strengthen the squad should this be needed and the right player be available. Watson Boas remains in PNG considering his options due to personal issues, however remains contracted to the club for another 2 years.

Leisure wear - there is option to buy bobble hats through the oxen website with an option to put the club badge on. There needs to be a minimum order of 100 for the club to stock these. Again, this will depend on demand and the club will look into further.

Supporter events - the club are looking to arrange a number of events for supporters and would like any volunteers who would like to assist with this to come forward.

Social Media - really positive feedback to social media content and pre match emails. This to continue.

Coaches to away games will be arranged depending on demand. Further posts to follow re this.

A communication with a simplified description of the bolt ons will go out shortly as it was acknowledged this has caused some confusion.

A communication has already gone out detailing how to obtain a refund following last weekends postponement.

Final note from the supporters on the panel, we get very few questions given volume of activity on social media. We ask all questions put to us and respond as quickly as possible. This is a good opportunity to ask questions and put forward your ideas / feedback. It is also our opportunity to help fans so for future meetings, if you do have anything to raise, please let us know.

Please note, these are the notes of the supporters on the panel, they endeavour to get them out as soon as possible. These are not the official minutes. I was not at the meeting so probably won't be able to add any more info than already there
