War does not determine who is right - only who is left.

Thank God I'm an atheist.

 A good win by the Dons...I thought Hunslet would win but the Dons showed them to be fairly ordinary and over reliant on forwards, which we nullified.
The attrition has started though...
Good luck to the Dons.
I was on the East Coast watching on TV.
It was raining, heavily at times.
But the sun shone on Donny.
Long may it continue...

Bookies odds are not set on form alone, they also take in to account betting trends, if more money is put on hunslet then the odds will be shorter :thumb:

Looking forward to the game this afty and after brining Ollies granddad last week there’s a big family turnout for today’s game ans we will all be cheering on donny.
I went to the hunslet away game ans didn’t see anything from them that made me think they were any better than Doncaster, missed the home game but that was in the middle of a bit of a Covid crisis in the camp so won’t read much in to that result.
Just need to have good line speed and shut down brambini ans that should prevent hunslet from too many opportunities.
Then (but I say this every week) let the backs get the ball in the oppositions half and the scores will come :thumb:
Seen you all around 4

Saw you walk in with you and yours and their appropriately named shirts :thumb: Just a pity you did not get to see your lad in the second half and up against Wayne ball thumping Rettie  Hope he will be okay for next week.

Loved it today, not sure where to start with this. Hunslet came into today as firm favourites and apart from what we gifted them I'm not sure what they created from their open play. The reassurance of BC and MB were a joy to behold and BC was my MOM. Brandon Douglas (Bader) goes off with what looks like a really bad re-occurence of his knee, comes back on and smashed the line and the fullback. Fecking awesome, I really think you need to shoot him to stop him.

Well done lads another great performance with limited interchange. Superb stuff and enjoy the beers.

Good to see Misi warming up with the squad pre game.:thumb:

Hope that Zac comes back next year bigger and stronger (if possible)

Couldn't agree more. Wonderful display across the board. When I saw BC named at 9 I thought it was an excellent choice. Proved to be the case. MB is an inspiration. Hiis presence on the field is crucial. Hunslet were pretty poor offensively and relied on the kick. They really surprised me tbh with how little threat they offered.

Ben Cockayne had a great game and was the business under the high ball.
Why he let Tali near that one at the end, I am not sure.
The new lads on loan are the difference...they are class.
Not a weak link in that side...well maybe some are better than others ability-wise.
Injuries and tiredness aside, they are good enough to get promoted

He's OK, his back went in to a spasm when he hit the floor and as the game was pretty comfortable for Donny they didnt want to risk him.
It was a great game, thoroughly enjoyed it, had a big family outing to watch. Actually played some great rugby and made Hunslet look pretty ordinary.

If the game is sunday then yeah, heard a rumour it may be moved to Friday. Is there any confirmation that it will be Sunday?

Workington are playing Keighley at 2 o'clock on Sunday, so it won't be then.

I can't find any news anywhere confirming our date/time.

Whoever is responsible for fixture planning ought to not be chewing it over now; for the sake of all players and fans, these dates and times should have been sorted before the play-offs began. The powers that be obviously think players and fans can re-arrange at five minutes' notice. It's not good enough.
