Right hang on a minute isn't that contradicting itself? 1st saying that the development is within it's timeframe but then saying they've moved it back?

Like the people of Manchester will suddenly realise that the game of RL exists, after 114 years, and by moving to a new stadium miles away they will all rush to support Salford.

I hope the people of Manchester will realise rugby league is a better sport that association football. I don't think they will seeing as Broughton/Belle View Rangers couldn't make an impact in the days when football wasn't the fashion accessory it has become, but I hope I'm wrong. Several thousand Mancunians cheering on their nearest team and perhaps in time producing some Manchester born players sounds good to me.
