I think Kafusi would go well in our environment, he seems to be carrying extra timber at London and a few players have been quoted as saying they don't train them hard enough. A less than impressive season for him but lets be honest London have been garbage.

All guess work at the minute though.

You can only assume that a lack of announcements = a lack of signings at the moment, as the Club would want to squeeze every last ounce of interest in the run up to the Special Pre Paid Membership Deal. DB was talking about holding our nerve etc, which suggest as waiting game. That could relate to any number of things, whether other clubs go under, leaving players available, whether players themselves are considering offers hoping to get better deals elsewhere and players emerging from unexpected sources (released by clubs to stay within the cap, shining at the World Cup etc etc).

The talk seems to be about a couple more on top of what we have already and to me that would be the minimum to build a squad capable of getting through the season, there were several times in 2013 that we didn't seem to have 17 fit players, or if we did they did not cover the positions that we needed them to!

Just for the sake of rumour, David Shillington's Wikipedia (I know, not the most creditable of sources ) has him as a Viking's player from 2014.

I would say that was a joke mate as can't see it to be honest.Widnes fans can dream though.haha
