I do wonder if this is when rovers break that trophy drought.
Semi-finalists in 2022, beaten finalists 2023, winners 2024? One last step to take?
The obvious viewpoint is to always lean towards Wigan-Saints, but they've only won one apiece in the last ten years so it isn't necessarily the case.

Thought overall rovers were the better side and the result was probably about right.
Didn't see the Huddersfield win coming though and especially by that margin.

Two good coaches and two good teams
Hardaker probably lost Leigh that game with his play the ball errors.
Hope Smith was watching that
Two teams that have solid well drilled defence,fast play the ball,a structured attack and hardly any penalties in the whole match.
Thats what we were looking forward to Mr Smith and you failed miserably
Can see HKR at Wembley again this year

It certainly didn't help us but, we failed to defend our errors, especially in that 2nd half.

hes gotta be one of the best props in SL right now, plays big minutes, always making big yards and bending the line aswell, I don't think he was a big name in the NRL either so it shows that there's very good players available if teams do there homework.
Out of contract aswell so it'll be interesting if other teams try tempt him away.

I reckon Degsy will throw the checkbook at him to stay , I guess Lam & Moylan will be marquee players for Leigh ?

Most probably will do, I think he'll have to because there'll be a few teams interested in him.

What about Asiata? Maybe even Ipape?
