I remember Fox saying that on the radio too, when asked about Hanley's absence from the team, but I thought it was along the lines of robbing a post office, whatever though, you're right, only RL.
Going back to the Dannatt challenge, it was a full on assault ! Hanley had only just signed with Leeds I believe and that day, in the mud, Schofield broke our hearts with a 90 yarder while looking slower than a prop, with only Jon Sharp in pursuit , it was almost as if the try was in slow motion for us watching. The threepenny stand gave him some serious stick that day, more than I have ever heard for anyone else since I'd been going. Great days.............lol.

Ha ha, I got a bit mixed up with another incident regarding Andy Dannatt, he somehow managed to kick a player in the head whilst in the action of playing the ball, long time ago now.

Foxy actually said that to me in Cas, I always wondered how the great Ellery Hanley managed to get the M.B.E if he was indeed convicted, we really need Wilf back in action, he’s had a week off now

Just looked at the minutes from last week. Saints Kyle Amor got reviewed for four different incidents in less than ten minutes v Hull. Thankfully he was not guilty on all counts.

Just need to work out who’s going to cover in the centre and bench for Carlos and Cam Scott, but we’ll still have a decent team to face Leigh.
