However with a new SH that could be different and if its not then it also would show that signing Soliola would be a waste.

A top 7 and people may be happy and forget less about soliola . Doesnt mean we wasnt after him just coz saints got him . We cant sign every single player.

When was the last time we had news on a new signing before it actually happened?

We might be always looking, but until a week ago we had no quota spot and/or cap space to actually offer anyone.
