Patterson is Non Fed (Trained in Aus) Non Quota (UK Passport).

And Eastys explanation you quoted is wrong.

Don't confuse the lad. Easty reckons that every quota player is automatically non-fed too. This is in section 3.1.b in 'Easty's One-eyed Guide to RL Rules'.

In the future they almost certainly will be, it'd take an unusual set of circumstances for a quota player to be fed-trained without a dispensation.
If the RFL believe they can enforce the non-fed rule, they should do away with quota in a couple of years, IMO - it isn't good to have so many rules, especially when so many people struggle to get their heads around them.
