sammut now would class as fed trained because he has a maltese passport as i believe, phelps would be a decent signing on a 1 year deal. again sammut or jeffries would be decent signings on 1 year deals.

No he wouldn't as he hasn't been trained by the federation. He'll be classed as non-fed, just like Lauaki and Moa.

Manu has dispensation as he was signed prior to 2008.

I think Mason has been granted special dispensation from the RFL.

As it stands, we have just one place available, the same as when we had Berrigan.

No, EU passport = Fed Trained.

Kolpak/Tonga etc = Non - Fed.

Oz/NZ = Quota and Non - Fed.
