I'd rather look around for the best British payers and lure them away. Then stick with the talent scouting for up-and-coming noobs. How cool to have a team with only British players? Yes we might trail behind for a couple of years, but we'd still be in the playoffs every year and be building the foundations for the future.

Then I'd like the world to be made of marshmallows and the sea to be jelly...
