I thought I saw him on a retained list at the start of pre season strange one letting hm go but you don't know what has gone between him and the club I guess that said, I always thought there was something there when I watched him play quite exciting with the ball I thought.

Same here, I don't think it was announced at the time. I'm surprised he's gone as he was highly rated.

As COYU has said he was rated by the club so it is indeed a surprise he's left the club but also been no apparent mention by the club.

The release of Wacokecoke has certainly gone under the radar which for me seems a shame as like Pete says he looked to have something about him.

Just read the same article. Surprised to be honest. Maybe he was unhappy that he hadn't had a shot with the first team yet, and perhaps explains Pearson saying we might be looking at another outside back

Good question for Dans next Q and A in the Mail,before they disappear forever. he'll know why, he left, he has always been switched on about the young players right back to his fanzine days.

Just read an article saying he's taking time out the game. Maybe that's him done with professional RL

Longstaff did well for us but he's another forward who is not big enough.
