Hopefully the other high profile player we are in negotiations with is a half back.

Peter was given the scope by me to build a new team and that is what he is doing. To bring those players in and to change the squad to such a degree obviously players have got to leave. Some of those like Willie Manu we would have preferred to keep but most of the moves that are happening are because of the way we wnat to evolve the team. We are losing one or two favourites but the players coming in I can assure you are young, hungry and part of our future together. It's going to be a new club and a new team.

Hopefully Pea will be one of the other 2 and Mcrae stated a new half is priority, so looks like Horne will go to FB. Even with the hopeful addition of Pea, it still may leave is with lack of depth in the pack, assuming 6 is the final number and Sam does leave.

the way I read it was that it was 6 signings on top of the already announced Ellis and Watts.
