Wasn't you allowed 10 overseas trained players (5 quota players) in 2008?

We had:
Motu Tony
Matt Sing
Adam Dykes
Shaun Berrigan
Willie Manu
Todd Byrne

Willie Manu and Motu Tony were exempt because of the Kolpak agreement. None of the rest would have counted on the non-fed list anyway because they were signed before it came in (so what was the point in putting a limit on it in the first year?! Good work RFL!). So we still had one place left on the quota didn't we?
