Derby day! Will we win it? Probably not. I hope our team of home grown youngsters give them a scare and we put up a good fight. 10 of the 17 from our academy today?
Man that line up shouldn't be getting within 20 points (probably 30) of a just about full strength Rovers team. Hopefully the lads can keep up the effort shown recently, put a few points on the board and walk off with their heads high knowing they've given it their all. Sao and Ese'ese need to have big games and set an example for the young pack.
Don't like Sao in the 2nd row but don't think we've much choice, can't see anything but a minimum 20pt loss unfortunately, they're pretty much full strength, forwards look incredibly light, big stints needed from Ese Ese and Aydin.
Looking at the two teams, even with recent improvement it will be the upset of the entire season if we beat them , so as long as the effort is there and they leave nothing on the pitch I’ll take the inevitable and hope we can at least stay in the game .
