Look How The Pitch Is After so many games after football.. yes does get better when they stop because rugby is all over the field instead of up and down through the middle and sometimes it gets a break when we play away.
but when you think it has 23 football games, then 26 rugby games, then football starts again. the pitch will be f****d.
You've said there is that football ruins the pitch because it's played in winter. The pitch is fine in summer and another team is playing in summer.
All that basically means is that you definitely couldn't have two football teams playing on it. Come the end of the rugby season, whether there's one team or two, the pitch will be fine because it's played in summer.

Then you will lose the build up to the derby, east meets west.. it wont be like that no more.
I think there is a lot more to the derby than "east meets west"! If anything, it'll make it even more of a local derby. You can't get any more a local derby than playing in the same stadium!

end of the day people think its a good idea because it will bring costs down. yes well done. but want adam pearson already going to have talks about bringing the rent down??
Yes, and if this happens it could bring them down further.

just leave things as they are.. sooner or later it seems rovers going to go bust.
Do you not think it's rather contradictory to say that the derby would lose build up if they moved in and then say the above?
I think the derby would lose more build up if Rovers went bust! Which would you rather happen?

this maybe a ridiculous post but its my opinion.
As long as you admit that you're opinion is ridiculous, that's OK
