It wouldn't happen, surely. Good wind up though. I read a Yorkshire Post article that said he and Smith had a strained relationship, during Smith's last weeks at Rovers, so I doubt he'd want to come and reunite, so soon after. I have a feeling he'll end up at Leeds, his spiritual home and be a good coach, too.
If there is anyone who can teach Trueman the number 7 role then it would be him. He came through Leeds system as a 6, pure runner with speed and agility, but then had to change his game - to become an organiser, game manager - similar to how it seems he wants Trueman to be.
